I am contibuting a painted deck to be auctioned at the ASR show in San Diego on Feb 3rd to benefit the All Nations Skate Jam and Nibwaakaawin. The money raised will be used to fund Native Youth skate outreach programs.
The Skate Jam will be held on April 24&25 in Albequerque at Los Altos Skate Park. It will be held the same weekend as the Gathering of the Nations PowWow. I hope to have my gallery booth set up at the Powwow. It feels good to be doing Native inspired art again.
UPDATE: The deck was purchased by skate legend Jamie "The Chief" Thomas. A special thanks to Jamie for supporting All Nations Skate Jam and Nibwaakaawin.
